College Presidential Pay and Perks – Taxpayer Funded!
It kills me every time I read an updated story about the high pay and generous perks that colleges and universities lavish on their top officers.
If students, alumni and donors are happy with this, that would be one thing.
Frustratingly, though, we taxpayers are also being forced to help fund these handsome compensation packages — through government grants and guaranteed loans to students, many of whom default and half of whom never even get a degree.
