Community College President Needs to Aggressively Address Shortcomings

No organization is perfect, but the president of the Community College of Philadelphia seems to not be particularly bothered by persistent low graduation rates and high costs that were detailed in a recent report by the Pew Charitable Trusts.

President Donald Generals commentary in the Inquirer seemed defensive to me, and I think the CCP Board should be demanding more.
