Nice to be back – Time to re-engage

It has been a rather long layoff, as I notice that my most recent blog posting was back in March. There isn’t one big reason for my quiet period, just a lot of things going on, and life has a habit of getting in the way of our best intentions.

But it is time now to re-activate the blog, offer my thoughts on issues of business, policy and society, and in general begin to speak out — as we all should. There are a lot of things in our government and our society that are not as they should be, and one way for us to bring about positive change is for us as citizens to assert ourselves. As a business executive, a college faculty member and a writer, I hope this blog can contribute to positive dialog, and I welcome your participation in the process.

Much more to come, on at least a weekly basis. I look forward to sharing my thoughts on the issues of the day, and I hope you enjoy reading them.
